For most berserkers, rage their fury is an internal, solitary thing. It explodes outward violently when it drives them to frenetic action, but it is still theirs. Empathic Ragers are those berserkers whose rage burns so fiercely, whose emotions are so strong, that they cannot be contained by their bodies. Their fury breaks through something, and touches psionic forces that render it contagious. Empathic Ragers are nexuses of rage, bending the minds of those around them to join in a maelstrom of violence.
When you select this archetype at 3rd level, you have developed the unique psionic ability to render your emotions, particularly your fury, contagious, and to project them onto others. Whenever you gain rage hit points, you can use your reaction to project your rage at another creature within 20 feet. They either gain temporary hit points equal the number of rage hit points you just gained, or take psychic damage equal to that amount. At 6th level the range of this ability increases to 30 feet, at 10th level it increases to 40ft, and at 14th level it increases to 50ft.
At 6th level, your anger is distracting to those around you. Whenever you damage a creature when raging, if they are concentrating on a spell, they have disadvantage on the save. If your attack is a critical hit, you can automatically break their concentration.
At 10th level while raging, you can choose a number of creatures equal to your proficiency bonus. You gain the benefits of the telepathic bond spell with them. Creatures bonded in this way can choose to give in to the rage. If they do so, for the duration of your rage they have advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws, cannot benefit from temporary hit points, gain two rage hit points per round as if they were raging to a maximum of 2 x your berserker level, and cannot cast spells, concentrate on spells, or use the fallback action. When using Raging Projection you grant such creatures additional rage hit points rather than temporary hit points.
At 14th level, long as you have at least one creature bonded with Empathic Fury who chooses to give into the rage, you gain an expertise die on attack rolls. The size of this expertise die increases by 1 step for each creature beyond the first that does so, to a maximum of 1d12.
